Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ghulam Dastagir Akhtar inaugurated two-day free dental camp at Sardar Begum Dental College at Gandhara University. The Chief Secretary highly appreciated the positive endevours of the management of Gandhara University for successful holding of the camp.
He urged the other welfare organizations to come forward by holding such free medical camps to provide treatment to poor patients to mitigate their suffering. He also inspected the various sections of the college and urged the students to give special focus on education.
The Chief Secretary was told that an addition to free treatment to needy patients, the senior professors and doctors of the college also visited from time to time by arranging free medical camps in different parts of the province.
Principal of the college, Dr. Shaheed Iqbal on the occasion appraised the Chief Secretary about achievements of the premier medical institution in private sector.
